I really like these readers. They are super light, the almost library temple pieces with rimless lenses are my preferred design and they are really comfortable after very minor adjustment.I did have one nose piece fall out, something I expect happens often given the press fit design. When one of the other pairs gets scratched I'll just move the plastic piece over. I'll not be carrying the glasses in a backpack again, one of the temples rotated 90 degrees in the lens while inside the cloth sleeve. I got it straightened easily enough, but it's something to be careful with.Even with these minor issues, I like these Visengs better than any other reader I've tried. If these 3-packs get restocked at a reasonable price, I'll be grabbing a set for back-ups.Nice pair and good price.Just had cataract surgery and now have 20/20 vision at distance but can't focus up close. These are very similar to my old progressive lenses, just in reading glasses instead. You still use these just like reading glasses in that you look over the top for distance and through the lenses for up close. But when trying to see things at varying up-close distances, you can select which power is best merely by raising/lowering your head. I chose mine to fit the three distances I'm most likely to work with: strongest for reading, mid-power for a laptop and low-power for a desktop. The lenses themselves have a reflective hue, which I typically associate with anti-glare coating, though this could be the blue blocker for all I know. They have a decent weight to them. My kitchen scale weighed them at 24g/0.75oz. Not too heavy and not too light, but then again, I'm quite used to the thick glasses I had prior to cataract surgery. When I first opened them up, I felt how stiff the hinges were and the angle concerned me that it would be too tight. The springy alloy that makes up most of the temple made them fit very comfortably on my wide "melon." They feel as sturdy as my old prescription glasses, so I hope they'll last as well. Of course, being part-time readers instead of full-time glasses, I'll probably lose them before they wear out. ;-)Glasses are light weight but i tought i ordered a diffetent shape dont like the shape of the glass but for cheaters tjey are niceI usually don't write product reviews, just give a rating and that's about it. But this product seriously amazes me the quality they have put in the product at such a low price point. The glasses look good, feel good and absolutely do their job. progressive is seamless and is actually better than the $200 glasses I got from the branded shop! Blue light filtering also works well. Have been using them for over 2 months now. So far I have only good things to say! These Titanium frames have no hinges, just the flexing of the thin ear-wings. A great design and comfortable to wear.BUT, the Vendor shipped then in individual hard plastic cases. That means the middle of glass is pushed hard against the edge of the hard plastic case. If these cases are used for more than shipping packaging they will quickly leave scratches on the glass.Had they shipped the conventional small folded and stitched cloth cases, this would have been a 5-star event. What a shame, now I have to drive to the big box store to get a couple of cloth-cases.Far and away the best "cheap" lineless multifocal glasses I've gone through (and I've gone through a few ...dozen) Really smooth transitions. I can see clearly out of the top of the lens, read a screen in the middle, and read a paperback (yeah, I'm a dinosaur) clearly through the bottom. All with no visually perceptible change in the lens. The missing 5th star is more my problem. These are not very tough and I am. (did I mention I've been through a few....dozen?). If they become misaligned (think: rolled over in bed) or the lens pops out, they are shot. Straightening them or popping the lens back in ruins their magical eye to eye alignment and they just never seem to work as well.Someone who treats them like they cost $1000 might not have those issues. The view is great! Beware if you are allergic to nickel. There is metal on the tips.
