I was SUPER excited to find these- supposedly a pair of glasses would function for me while working on the computer screen AND reading documents simultaneously. Unfortunately, this is not as awesome as I had anticipated.I'll start with the POSITIVES:1. These are cute comfortable frames.2. I can read my watch and smaller-print items without issue so I chose the correct reading strength.3. I walked upstairs without needing to remove the glasses so that's a plus. Now for the NEGATIVES:1. This order was a PRIME DELIVERY (2-day) order placed on Jan. 6. I received the package FIVE days later. Not sure if this is a supplier issue or an Amazon issue, but I was not pleased.2. I opened the package and to my surprise (and dismay) there was something (see photo) placed directly on the lens, and it was difficult to remove. Note to seller: NEVER place anything directly on a lens - that's a no-brainer as removal can lead to scratching the lens!3. As stated in other reviews (which I unfortunately did not read prior to purchase), the description says NOTHING about the distance (top) portion being magnified. I don't know if I can drive with them or not, which will be a HUGE disappointment if the answer is no (because I wanted to be able to read my watch without readers). So far, sitting in front of my dual monitor screens, the large screen is a bit blurry due to the "distance" portion so that requires me to lift my head to hit the "transition" portion of the lens. I did not expect to have an issue with working while wearing them, as this product is marketed as "Computer Readers Eyeglasses".4. I expected to receive at least a "drawstring bag" case for the glasses - nothing included in the package, so I guess I'll go buy one. (see photo for what is included in the package)5. These are definitely not a unisex product - the lenses are fashionable for feminine usage only. This review is as truthful as I can be. I gave this three stars just because the price-point was very fair on Amazon and they are aesthetically pleasing. I will not purchase again and strongly recommend that you pay attention to the reviews on this product!I like everything about the glasses. I only have one issue, and it has nothing to do with the glasses them self. I have hypoglycemia, which causes my blood sugar to drop quickly. This has affected my eye sight. I often see double. I should have bought the 1.5, instead like I was going to. Instead I bought the 2.0. The price is fantastic and the style looks cute, especially for an oval shaped face. Just my opinion. Also, if you have a sensitivity to light in anyway. I think they would help. I am not a physician, but have many! Why not try them yourself. If you spend time on your phone, tablet, laptop or watch a lil too much. You will love them.I purchased these glasses to use for computer work and reading. The frames feel sturdy and the flexing hinges where the bows/arms attach are fabulous (wish Foster Grant would take the cue on this). My eyes are VERY sensitive to light and I found the blue light blocking tint off-putting. I might have been able to overcome that slight discomfort, but, while the interacting and computer distances appeared to be fine, the reading portion of these lenses had distortion. I purchased my usual reading strength (1.50) and found that after only a few minutes, I was getting a headache and had to take them off. Also should add these arrived without a case in a very flimsy cardboard box and were mailed in a padded envelope. There appeared to be no damage to them when they arrived, but I could see that the box had been crushed during shipping.I wear these a lot. I have single focus lens implants in both eyes, which means I need progressive lenses in order to focus at different distances without carrying around several paiir While they work for my purposes, they are far from ideal. They don't correct for astigmatism, and the strength is just a little bit off.I would buy these again, but I'll get true prescription glasses first. One of the tiny screws came off of the hinge within a month of purchase and the leg separated from the frame. I managed to locate the screw and put it back. But while tightening the screw I noticed that it is not tightening fully causing the screw to come off easily. I was hoping for better quality. The glasses are very functional and I use it every day with occasional adjustment of the hinge screw.I love these glasses! They are comfortable, work well, and allow you to leave them on to switch from distance to reading vision. I get lots of compliments on how they look. I often wear them for hours before I realize I have them on. That said, the first pair I got broke within a couple weeks. They were in the case, in my handbag, and part of the frame snapped so the lens fell out. I bought another pair and am careful to leave them wrapped in a fabric glass cleaner in a hardshell case.love these they just scratch easyThey are very poor quality. The frame fell apart and the lenses have distortions in them beyond those that one would expect from progressive multi focal lens.
