I have decided that I will not age gracefully. I will not go quietly into that good night I will fight with everything I have at my disposal, which includes this red light therapy mask. It comes with a remote, a mask, eye guards, and the straps to strap it on. It has seven different lights that are supposed to do seven different things to make you young and beautiful again not sure if it works, but it makes me feel better and that I am not passively accepting what time is doing to my face so I will sit for 10 minutes a day with this weird looking mask on my face in the hopes that I hang onto my youth just a little bit longer.OK, real talk though. This mask is big and bulky.The straps pull off very easily. My head is very small so I have to pull it over so it doesn’t tighten as well as I like the eye guards are weird and uncomfortable and move around so while I would like to hold onto my youth, it’s not easy to do so the remote is easy to use. It has an on off button, but you have to press it to turn it on or off short press it to change the color and it also has a timer which is awesome but that’s the other button you do have to plug the mask into the remote so while this may be great and work to make you look younger or to improve your skin it’s very awkward to do so.
